3. 2019 Space Topic Resolution

Resolution Wordings:

1. The United States Federal Government should establish a national space policy substantially increasing its international space cooperation with the People’s Republic of China.

2. The United States Federal Government should establish a national space policy substantially increasing its international space cooperation with either the People’s Republic of China or the Russian Federation.

3. The United States Federal Government should establish a national space policy substantially increasing its international space cooperation with the People’s Republic of China and/or the Russian Federation in one or more of the following areas:
• arms control of space weapons;
• exchange and management of space situational awareness information;
• joint human spaceflight for deep space exploration;
• planetary defense;
• space traffic management;
• space-based solar power.

4. The United States Federal Government should establish a national space policy substantially increasing its international space cooperation with the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of India, and/or the Russian Federation in the area of global space governance.

5. The United States Federal Government should establish a national space policy substantially increasing its international space cooperation with at least the People’s Republic of China and/or the Russian Federation, in the area of global space governance of one or more of the following:
• arms control of space weapons;
• exchange of space situational awareness information;
• exploration and use of space resources;
• planetary defense;
• space traffic management.
