The best would be the Affs that simulatenously sign Kyoto while kicking the US off the planet.

sweet 1AC with 2 fat advantages, yet vulnerable to the "kick Kyoto off the planet" CP, textually less than the plan and functionally mutually exclusive (assuming one cannot simultaneously sign something and kick it off the planet).

seems like we have solid NEG ground, let's do this.

What is this, some kind of sick joke?  "one or more of the following" AND "US off the planet"?  Hello...think McFly.... ever heard of a first priority?

i thought about listing it first amongst the options. then decided that's better as CP ground.

"vulnerable to the "kick Kyoto off the planet" CP, textually less than the plan and functionally mutually exclusive (assuming one cannot simultaneously sign something and kick it off the planet)."

Also vulnerable to neg counter advocacy to ratify Kyoto in order to kick the US off the planet. Net benefits include gradualism, neg irony of conservatives position is good, and/or something about zizek.

Why settle for nice topics when great ones are now so clearly within our reach? Hester, T Cram, Polin...let's go for the gold!! (bam Buffett Rule metaphor)

Ohhhh.... you were protecting the neg.  That makes perfect sense!  I agree with Rubaie.  This really is the Platonic form of the topic.  CEDA amendment: debate it every year in perpetuity.
