Last year it was noted that the number of threads became a little difficult to follow. I will update this thread as papers are submitted to help organize all of the submissions. I include both the download link and the direct link to the discussion of each topic. Please try to keep discussion of individual papers on those threads.

Seven papers have been submitted and authors for two additional groups (bioethics and energy) have informed me that papers are forthcoming. We certainly welcome all submissions, so if anyone else is finishing up their work just let me know. Thanks again to everyone for the great work.
