74 schools voted.  A total of 73 ballots were counted (1 ballot did not list a first place vote).  The winning controversy area is Energy Policy.  A detailed breakdown is below.

Please remember that the vote for the student rep is due in one week.  The deadline is Monday, May 21 at midnight (central).

The topic rotation amendment passes 46-28.
