The CEDA business meetings are scheduled to begin on Friday and the Topic Wording Meetings will begin on Saturday morning. Sarah has posted the schedule and specific information. We will update these threads with information both for those attending and those following remotely.

I want to thank everyone who has posted about the wordings and helped to move the conversation forward about the topics. We also really appreciate the wording work and submissions from Andrea, Dave, Malcolm and Dan. The work that these community volunteers provide is a wonderful contribution to whole community.

As you can imagine the volume of materials already provided and those which will be produced this weekend will make managing the information a challenge. We are asking folks to post their research to the forums when at all possible, so everyone has access.

At the same time the committee has two working resources that we would like to share: an agenda of specific wording questions and a document of all proposed wording options.  Both documents are google docs that anyone can view but editing is limited to the committee and designated help at the meeting.

The agenda document is an effort to allow us to move through the formations in an orderly fashion. This document will obviously be updated, but it has been produced reviewing all of the work done to date. The  public link to the  agenda doc is  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xGaBDyfLV04k8lcwIhMf9dP97FzNsh_hWySHdeKUuKo/edit

The second google document is a whiteboard of all wording proposals. This is a simple list of every time someone suggested a specific wording option. Consider this a virtual library of possible wordings. We will work from this document when constructing the slate of topic options. This document can be viewed at
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CmHyfU-bGBYOMgfd_O8zIQDNc1WVZYxMvJHWPim0OC4/edit

We will open sub-threads on the forums as issues arise, but please feel free to leave feedback here. Thanks.
