4. What type of economic incentives would be best to use?

- Financial incentives?
- Investment incentives?
- Tax incentives?
- Direct incentives?
- Grants
- Loans
- Subsidies

Also would these also apply to fossil fuels?

Two docs attached- one from Dheidt with the group's overall recommendation to further limit the term "incentives" (also has cards on "positive incentives,"  "direct incentives," ect) and then one from the UK people with cards on our proposal to limit incentives to "grants, loans, and/or tax incentives".

this is the same file that was posted before on incentives, but it has a section at the end labeled 'new' that has a few more cards defining 'financial incentives' as distinct from regulations.  The new cards are pretty good; there are more examples of types of financial incentives and what they can be distinguished against.
