Here's a story that just came out in the Baltimore Sun.  I know that lots of other programs have been significantly effected by the poor economy and that for many of us this situation is not likely to change in the next year or two.  Your hometown paper may be more interested than you think in highlighting what budget cuts mean for people on the ground where you live.  Good luck, Beth
