Two ways to follow all of the topic committee deliberations -

1 - Watch the video
Thanks to Ricardo's help we will be broadcasting the meetings. We are planning to broadcast using http://www.justin.tv/ and from my account (gstables). Once I conduct a final set of tests I will post the link to watch the stream on this forum and on the NDT/CEDA traditions facebook group.

2 - View our Virtual Whiteboard on Google Docs
I have put together a single doc that will be the basis of our deliberations. This document is viewable to anyone at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jaawjrp8WM36nIXNd9oO2QmuqnmBJjyJbBcbKDUIRBw/edit?usp=sharing

Our agenda will be moving through the various proposals on the document. Every topic wording proposal in any of the papers is included, with a unique number. I also included my re-organization of the specific types of powers and genres of affirmatives up front. Any new items or changes to these items will be typed on the document. Even though document editing is limited to the committee, please feel free to make other suggestions. Posting to this forum or communicating with one of the committee members is the easiest way to submit your contributions.

Any proposal reaching at least 5 votes will be placed on the final ballot.

I will be traveling most of Friday, so I apologize in advance about delays in response. Looking forward to our start at 9:30 am (est) on Saturday.

Hardware problems this morning with the computer doing the broadcasting. While we attempt to get a backup machine working we are going to broadcast using a hangout  at http://www.youtube.com/embed/MYSnthwMxew

Sorry for the confusion. Will switch back to the regular setup as soon as possible.

Is anyone live blogging the discussion? A google doc or anything of that nature?

Is there another option besides this youtube url? I have a pretty bad echo and the screen keeps jumping between the meeting and a brown screen.
