Hello,

The UNLV tourney has the goal of providing a diverse judging pool for our participants.  Please keep that in mind as you finalize your entries and judging commitments this week.  Diversity in the judging pool improves the tournament's ability place diverse judges...

Also, in the near future, I will be sending out a description of the UNLV tourney tabroom's approach to increasing diversity in judging at the tournament.  Adam Symonds and Gabe Murillo will be coordinating the effort on that front, and when I get the "official" description of their "methods," I will send those out to you.
