Harvard College Debate Tournament Menu
October 26-28

Saturday, October 26
Breakfast—
Cranberry-Walnut Tart, Assorted Muffins, Bagels with Cream Cheese, Fresh Fruit, Cereal, Coffee, Hot Apple Cider, Milk and Juice

Lunch -- "Mexican Fiesta"
Apps: Chips & Salsas: Tortilla Chips, Cheesy-Chipotle Kale Chips, Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa, Guacamole, Grilled Pineapple Salsa, Mango Salsa, Tofu Ceviche
Sweet Potato & Black Bean Flautas; Grilled Eggplant, Tomato & Goat Cheese Quesadillas; Cabbage Leaf Tacos with Nut Crumble & Sweet Corn Ceviche; Tortilla Soup; Creamy Green Chile Corn Chowder

Pumpkin Bread, Chex “Trash” Mix, New England Apples

Dinner and Awards Party – at the Somerville Holiday Inn
Appetizers: Hummos bi Tahini; Muhammara; Chile Garlic Pumpkin Hummos, Baba Ghannooj; Spicy Feta Cheese Dip, Spicy Tofu Dip with Homemade Pita Chips; Vegan “Cheese” Display; Roasted Shrimp W/Artichokes & Fennel; Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Rolls with Caviar; Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed with Avocado Crema; Fresh Garden Crudite Basket with French Onion Dip
