Hello all,

I hope everyone at USC is enjoying the great weather in L.A., excellent hospitality and wonderful competition.  On January 6th, your day off between USC and CSUF, we are hosting a public forum on the recent CEDA amendments passed on minority and women judging.  We would like to discuss how to implement the new policies. We hope that debaters, coaches and tournament administrators alike will attend.  The meeting will take place on Monday January 6 from 4-6 PM in SGMH 1406.  The meeting gives you enough time to take the morning off, travel to Fullerton and check in the hotel.  Since the meeting ends at 6, you have time to register for the tournament and have a nice dinner before parings are posted.  SGMH is extremely close to the tournament hotel.  I am also proud to announce that Gabe Murillo will moderate the discussion. I hope to see you at the forum.

thanks,

Donny Peters
