Folks, please start sending me your vehicle information as soon as possible so I can get a head start on Yard access passes and make sure we have adequate parking.

If you're renting a vehicle or driving a university-owned vehicle, all I need is the name of the driver and their drivers' license state and number.  If you own the car I need the name of the driver, drivers' license state/number, make/model/color of car, and the license plate state/number.  Feel free to start emailing me that information whenever you get it.

We will have passes available at Gate 8 on Friday night for the public debate, or you can pick them up later Friday evening at registration.  If you'll be arriving after registration on Friday night, let us know and we'll meet you Saturday morning either at the hotel or outside the gate with your pass.

Thanks much for your help on this question!

I currently have driver information from 10 people.  Unless they're all driving buses, my Spidey senses are telling me this list is incomplete.  People--it is cold in Annapolis.  You do not want to be parking outside the gates and walking almost a mile to the buildings.  Get me your info please!  I need it by Thursday close-of-business (that's 1700 or 5 pm ET).  It is due to our MPs at 0900 Friday January 10, which is less than 2 days from now.

So far I have info from:
Miami (Steinberg)
Pittsburgh (Johnson)
Boston College (Katsulas/Webster)
George Washington (Bertram/Hayes)
Army (Patrice)
Wake (Foley)
James Madison (Lowry)

If you are bringing a bus (mini or regular), please let me know and send me as much information on the bus as soon as possible.  I know this is tough as many are at the swings.  Please help me out!

*If there is a star by the name, it means I'm using information from either last year or two years ago.  If you need to update your drivers license number or car info, please send.  If not, you're on the list.

Still looking for:
CUNY

Would like to touch base with Capital as well.
