We often talk a lot about how hard it is to find time to work out at tournaments, but one conversation that I think should be had at some point is how much taking the time out to exercise can HELP coaching and focus at tournaments. I'm definitely a better coach for having taken the time to at least attempt to be healthy at tournaments/getting out some anxiety before the pressure of the day starts. Does anyone feel the same way? This site helps me find super quick workouts for tournament mornings, I'm sure many of you have a bunch of others...http://www.thetravelingwod.com/
