What will the affirmative action judge placement policy be this year at Wake Forest?

Sydney,

Same as last year.  For the prelims we will have a minimal amount of emergency judging maximizing placement for all committed.  We have added some of our own judges who are non-males and/or black and some who are not.  In the elims, we will use the same opt-in proportionality system.  Proportionality will be determined by the percentage of those who opt-in to be identified as non-male and/or black in the pool for a given round.   Once proportionality is achieved, MPJ is maximized.

Happy to clarify more as needed,
Justin
