I found the old Shirley speaker point scale rubric to be really useful, but it's pretty outdated (or at least, I haven't seen one for a few years). So I created a new rubric based on last year's trends.

Feedback is welcomed. I'm trying to make it as easy to use as possible, while also avoiding any specific judgments about what a good debate looks like.
