If you ever made it to the elimination rounds at the NDT, you are invited to participate in a study of how successful debaters listen during competitive debates.

If you choose to participate, you’ll write in response to seven open-ended prompts about your listening behaviors during debate rounds. Responding to all seven prompts should take fifteen minutes or less. You’ll also have to provide enough identifying information to allow confirmation that you did clear at the NDT, but as soon as your eligibility to participate is checked, all of that information will be deleted, and before the responses are processed, they will be randomized to maintain your confidentiality.
