Greetings all.

With the topic meetings in a few days we are collecting and distributing wording proposals from the committee and community. We appreciate how difficult it is to complete these items now, but we do need them so they can be reviewed. It is impossible to review long new materials during the meetings so please submit your work ASAP.

A couple of notes about the meetings.

We will be using this forum as the site of all discussion with the larger community. Weber State is kindly providing web-casting and we encourage you to follow at home. We will be posting our work on the forum and also asking questions, soliciting help, etc. The forum can be a great place for discussion and exchange.

If you know you can help or if you would like to submit your own materials, please post them here. It becomes very difficult to keep track during the meetings with documents that aren't publicly available. If you want to help and are looking for a specific assignment, please email me at stables@gmail.com

Each night we will provide a quick update about our progress. Our goal is to do the bulk of the work on Friday and Saturday and reserve Sunday for last minute adjustments and unfinished business. We are not looking to resolve any new or large controversies Sunday morning, so please keep that in mind with your comments and questions.

Thanks again to everyone for their good work. I will keep updating this post to include all of the pre-meeting wording paper submissions. Once we start the meetings we will open sub-threads on specific items.

Thanks
Gordon
