Title: Harvard Costume Contest pt. 2
Post by: darthsuo on October 15, 2013, 11:31:33 PM
Note: In his excitement, Professor Quigley may have jumped the gun in announcing the costume contest. A formal invitation follows:

To the attendees of the 2013 Harvard College Debate Tournament,

On behalf of the Bernard M. Stiegler Harvard Costume Committee, I would like to invite you to participate in our annual Halloween costume contest.

Adulation and eternal glory will go to the top placers. Honorable mentions and amusing jokes will go to all other entrants. As Prof. Q. has mentioned, this year's grand prize is unprecedented in awesomeness, so a wise participant would do well to plan their costume carefully.

Rules:
1. Nudity does not count as a costume. For serious this time.

2. Participants must wear their costumes from lunch to the end of debates on the Sunday of the tournament. Those who endure great adversity to stay in costume will be given due consideration.

3. This year's Committee is once again comprised of the venerable Messrs. Bolman and Suo. Aspiring winners must make themselves known to these distinguished (and highly capable) gentlemen, and any nominations/joke suggestions should be similarly directed.

4. Awards will be announced before the speaker awards at the ceremony.

Someone should show up wearing a three-piece suit.  He'd be masquerading as a 1960s debater.
