I believe that official information, including an invitation, will be posted soon.

The University of Texas at Dallas will serve as the official host institution. The host hotel will be the Westin Park Central, a veteran host hotel. The group rate code and similar details will be posted soon.

Here's the basic outline of the schedule:
Thursday, March 24 - Registration, photos, NDT committee meetings, opening ceremony and pre-tournament awards.
Friday, March 25 - Preliminary rounds 1, 2, and 3.
Saturday, March 26 - Preliminary rounds 4, 5, and 6.
Sunday, March 27 - Preliminary rounds 7 and 8, first elimination round, and awards banquet.
Monday, March 28 - Octofinals and all subsequent elimination rounds.
