shout out to Liberty GW.

competing and clearing at GSU, Ky, Harvard, Wake, USC, and UT - and never missing anywhere - should be enough to earn a First Round Bid in a year when only 7 other teams did the same.

I think that we are now at a place where each member institution receives a vote, not just the committee.

quick clarification on my earlier post -

i do have a history of raising a ruckus about the rankings. but my point about Liberty wasn't so much that a crime of misjudgment had been committed. diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks. just giving a shout out to a coaching staff and team that i have a lot of respect for.

i'm enjoying some backchannel discussions on the rankings (talk nerdy to me).

on second thought, i propose we just let Dallas, Seth Gannon, and Rubaie rank them.

I can't resist my own shout out.  Congrats to Maurer, one of 'mah best buds. He's truly "one of the good ones" as my ma would say.   I believe it's also ESU's first first round bid-well deserved!

Shout out to Northwestern BM. I seem to remember something about them having a pretty good year with the clearing & such ;) .
