ADA Business Meeting Agenda and Amendments
« on: May 12, 2014, 06:35:38 PM »
Attached please find a brief agenda for the meeting and the proposed amendments.

Please note, the meeting will begin at 9 am.  Given DC's notorious traffic "issues", you may want to give yourself a bit of extra time to get there.

Awards amendments have been updated so that the title of Awards Chair is consistent throughout.  My apologies for any confusion.

One additional amendment--a JV progression amendment submitted by Mike Davis (JMU). We will discuss it after the Novice Eligibility amendment.  The text is attached.

I am still missing MANY mailing addresses.  Please, if you have paid ADA dues, I need your mailing address to send out the ballot for the amendments.  I would like to have them sent by the first week of June.

I'm slightly confused.  Will Kentucky next year be JV/N only, or would only the JV/N portion of the tournament be ADA-sanctioned?
