CEDA is governed by an executive council of 19 officers.
Those include the President, 1st Vice President, Second
Vice President, Treasurer, Executive Secretary, twelve
regional representatives, and the past two presidents of
the organization.
CEDA also utilizes several standing and ad hoc committees.
